Rental Terms and Conditions

1. Major credit card number required on all rentals for reservation guarantee and security deposit of $250.00.
2. Maximum Occupancy
   Two bedroom unit: 4-5 people
   Three bedroom unit: 5-7 people
3. Sorry. Absolutely no pets permitted at any time.
4. Normal check-out time: before 10:00am; normal check-in time: 2:00pm-5:00pm (rentals normally run Saturday to Saturday).
5. All condominium rules and regulations must be adhered to by short and long term (copy provided upon request).
6. Reservation and security deposit will be forfeited unless written notice of cancellation is received thirty days prior to occupancy date.
7. Cleaning Fees
   Two bedroom unit: $60.00
   Three bedroom unit: $70.00
8. Long term rentals will require a minimum of one (1) cleaning per month, at a cost of $60.00, to be borne by the tenant.
9. Should a check-in later than 5:00pm be required, please contact the office before the date of arrival for additional instructions.
10. The management is not responsible for items lost or left behind.
