Rental Terms and Conditions

1. Any specified unit can NOT be guaranteed!
2. Major credit card number required on all rentals for reservation guarantee and security deposit of $250.00.
3. We require a 30 day notice of cancellation or your $250 deposit will be forfeited with no possibility of refund.
4. Sorry. Absolutely no pets permitted at any time.
5. Check-out time: by 10:00am
   Check-in time: 3:00pm-5:00pm
   Rentals normally run Saturday to Saturday.
6. All condominium rules and regulations must be adhered to by short and long term tenants or will be asked to leave with no refund of any monies (copy of rules and regulations available upon request).
7. Cleaning Fees:
   Two bedroom unit: $80.00
   Three bedroom unit: $100.00
8. Maximum Occupancy
   Two bedroom unit: 4-5 people
   Three bedroom unit: 5-7 people
9. The management is not responsible for items lost or left behind.
10. Condo towels are not to leave the condos. Please bring towels for pool and beach.
11. Should a check-in later than 5:00pm be required, please contact the office before the date of arrival for additional instructions.
